Made-to-Order Quality
Every Back Nine item is made just for you. This means less waste and better quality, but it also means a short production time before shipping. We appreciate your patience - the wait is worth it.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to produce before they ship. During busy periods or holidays, production may take an extra day or two.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
International Shipping: Not available yet, but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status anytime by emailing us at hello@backnineshop.com with your order number.

Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help.
Take photos of the packaging and damaged items, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement right away.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@backnineshop.com. We can only change addresses before production begins.
